4 Cara Mengaplikasikan Teknik Dekorasi Pasaraya di Malaysia kepada Dekorasi Kedai Shopee Anda

1) Pasaraya

Produk yang mahal seperti perkakas elektrik diletakkan berdekatan pintu masuk.

Kenapa? Bila pembeli masuk, mereka akan nampak harga barang elektronik (TV, mesin basuh, peti ais) yang mahal ni dulu. Secara psikologinya, selepas melihat harga barang yang mahal ni dulu, harga barang-barang lain yang mereka tengok selepas itu akan kelihatan lebih murah.

Beri keutamaan kepada produk yang mahal, tinggi kadar keuntungannya, dan/atau penghabisan stok untuk berada pada kedudukan yang lebih awal/atas pada dekorasi kedai anda. Selain berfungsi untuk “upsell” produk-produk ni, produk lain yang mereka lihat selepas itu akan kelihatan lebih murah.

 

2) Pasaraya

Produk yang “hot-selling” paling jauh dari pintu masuk.

Pembeli pun dah masuk kedai melalui listing produk tu tadi, mereka nak tengok produk-produk lain di kedai anda.

Katakan anda buat carousel/ banner/ poster untuk produk yang “hot selling” tu di bahagian awal/atas, mungkin tak perlu untuk hyperlink ke kategori atau listing. Ini untuk memaksa/ membiarkan mereka melayari atau “scroll” halaman kedai kita lebih lama.

 

3) Pasaraya

Saiz troli yang lebih besar, susunan produk di “eye level”, gula-gula/coklat di kaunter bayaran.

Teknik-teknik ni semua berfungsi supaya pembeli membeli lebih banyak dan mempengaruhi pembeli untuk membuat “impulse buying”.

Di Shopee, Free Shipping adalah tarikan utama. Jadi kalau kedai anda ada FS, maka harga minima troli korang akan jadi RM15 (FS15). Kalau korang jual produk-produk yang berharga bawah RM15, boleh buat dekorasi & kategori untuk barang RM1, RM2, RM3.

Pembeli akan pergi ke kategori ini untuk cukupkan minima RM15 untuk dapat Free Shipping. Jadi, produk-produk dalam kategori harga ni lebih cenderung untuk menjadi “impulse buy”. Pembeli nak cukupkan RM15 dan checkout.

 

4) Jenama

Jenama-jenama besar menghabiskan masa dan duit yang banyak untuk mencari warna yang sesuai untuk logo, tema, dekorasi kedai mereka. Selain identiti, warna banyak mempengaruhi tabiat pembeli.

Sebagai contoh warna MERAH. mengikut kajian, warna MERAH dapat meningkatkan selera makan. Jadi tak hairan kenapa jenama-jenama besar seperti KFC, Mekdi, Coca Cola, KitKat memilih warna merah sebagai warna tema mereka.

Contoh lain pula ialah warna OREN. Warna OREN yang digunakan Shopee adalah warna yang ceria. Warna oren secara psikologinya menggalakkan kita untuk membuat “impulse buying”. Sebab tu butang “Buy Now” berwarna oren. Tapi butang chat dan add to cart kat tepi tu warna hijau.

3. If you are an Eligible Customer, you are eligible to a one-time fixed credit bonus equal to 10% of the amount first topped up, to be credited to your Lalamove corporate e-wallet account (the “Bonus”) if you successfully topped up at least RM 100 during at least one single transaction to your Lalamove corporate account (the “Transaction”).

4. This Promotion commences on 15th July 2022 with the end date to be announced at a later date (the “Promotion Period”).

5. If the Eligible Customer satisfies the Conditions in clause 3 of these Terms, the Bonus will be credited within 30 days immediately following the registration of your Lalamove corporate account.

6. The relevant top-up amounts in the Lalamove account have unlimited validity from the date of the successful top-up. The Bonus is subject to applicable agreements governing your Lalamove corporate account.

7. The relevant top-up amounts are not redeemable for cash or cash-out, for resale and no refund or exchange is permitted (except as required by applicable laws).
