New Feature Enhancements on the Platform (September)

Feature Enhancement Updates

Two months more to the end of 2022. Have you been staying updated on the features that we launched in September? Let’s have a look at what we have enhanced!

1. Smart Scan App Enhancements
a) Stock Adjustment App

i. You may now scan item barcodes / search items by iSKU, UPC, and item name.

ii. Update stock quantity without rack detail.

iii. You may scan the rack barcode or filter by a similar keyword when adding a rack for the item.

b) Order Fulfillment Assistant App

Variation name is now displayed in Order Fulfillment Assistant App.

c) Carrier Manifest App

i. You can now scan and generate carrier manifests for TikTok orders.

ii. When you disable the “Allow Edit” for a specific Carrier Manifest list through the web platform, this setting will be reflected in the Smart Scan mobile app as well and you will not be able to do any scanning or editing for the list.

2. Marketing Centre Enhancements
a) Customer Group Pricing

*Note: Only available for ERP Value Plus plan and above

Wondering how to set different pricing for different customer groups? You may now customize and set the pricing for your specific customer groups under Marketing Centre > Customer Group Pricing.

b) Vouchers

You may create and offer reward credits in the form of discount cashback under Marketing Centre > Vouchers to encourage repeat purchase.

c) Bundle Deal

You may now view the discounted bundle deal amount listed below the sub-total price of the order:

3. Webstore Enhancements
a) Search By Product SKU

A search bar helps your webstore visitors find what they need faster. You and your fellow customers may now search for specific products by SKU on your webstore.

b) Embed Google Map

Embed Google Map code on your webstore helps in encouraging people to visit your physical store. You may now embed your google map code in your webstore under Webstore > Preferences > Webstore Business Info.

c) Newsletter Subscription

Wondering how to keep your customers stay updated on any announcement or promotion of your webstore? You may allow customers to subscribe to your newsletter by enabling it under Webstore > Webstore Builder > Settings > Footer > Enable Newsletter.

The newsletter subscription form will appear on the footer of your webstore:

d) Web Layout Animation Setting

You may now enable animation features to make your webstore more interesting under Channels > Webstore > Webstore Builder > Manage > Setting > Web Layout > Animation.

e) Icon Listing

Icon listing available under Webstore Builder > Settings > Header:

*Note: This feature is only available for Header 1 and Header 2 messages.

f) Special Offer

Running some products promotion on your webstore? You may now link special offer products in your menu and display them on your webstore page.

g) Shipping & Payment

You may now set specific shipping and payment methods for selected customer groups.

Under Settings > Shipping > Add/Edit Shipping Zone > Select Shipping Method:

4. Order Processing Enhancements
a) Best Express Courier Integration

You may set up the integration with Best Express Courier under Orders > All Orders > Order Processing > More (…) button > Shipping Label Settings > Webstore and Others > Courier Service Settings > Best Express:

b) Order Inventory

i. You may now view the status labels accordingly to know the processing of your inventory stocks on the order detail page:

‘Locked’ status – Item stock is kept under non-sellable stock, meaning the item has yet to be processed and released for delivery.

‘Processed’ status – Item stock has been released for delivery and deducted from stock on hand.

‘Canceled’ status – The order was canceled and the item was added back into the inventory stock.

ii. You may also identify the orders which are holding ‘Non-Sellable Stock’ on the inventory page:

*Note: ‘Non-Sellable Allocated Stock’ is only applicable for webstore order

By clicking on the respective icons, you’ll be able to view the order ID and link to the order detail page as well:

c) Shipping Label Settings

i. Shipping label settings for marketplaces and webstore orders are now in one place under Orders > All Orders > Order Processing > More (…) button > Shipping Label Settings:

ii. Under Sales Channel (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok) > Pick List Template.

You may now choose to sort pick list by Rack Sort Order or Rack Name:

iii. Express Fulfillment is available for Webstore orders.

iv. Others (Self-Delivery) shipping option has been added under Orders > All Orders > Orders Processing > (…) > Shipping Label Settings > Courier Service Settings > Others (Delivered by Seller):

v. New Pick List Template has been added under Shipping Label Settings.

vi. New Shipping Label Template for Others (Self-Delivery) shipping option has been added.

vii. You can now print Flash Express air waybills for TikTok orders with SiteGiant.

You may set it up under Orders > All Orders > Order Processing > More (…) button > Shipping Label Settings:

d) Order Processing Filter

i. You may now search for orders that don’t have any comments by selecting the ‘Any Order without Comments’ option:

ii. New Channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Line, WeChat, Facebook Live, Instagram, Shopee DBS ) added under Webstore and others.

iii. You may now fulfill Shopee DBS orders with the supported logistics under “Webstore and others” channel category.

iv. Fulfillment details with tracking numbers for Shopee, Unicart, and Shopify orders will be synced automatically to the respective platforms after completing the arranged shipment process.

However,  if the tracking number fails to sync for the order, you may click on the ‘Resync’ button located under ‘To Print’ and ‘Printed’ tab to manually sync the tracking number details over to the Shopee, Unicart, or Shopify platforms accordingly:

e) Picker & Packer Admin

Under Orders > Fulfillment > Picker & Packer Admin, you may view the picker and packer report based on each store:

f) Marketplace Order Return Management Pro

*Note: Only available for ERP Ultimate plan and above

You may now use Marketplace Order Return Management Pro in your SiteGiant Mobile App (Smart Scan) to restore the product quantity for your returned order & failed delivery order.

g) Activity Log

You may now view and track your order processing activity such as arrange shipment, invoice printing, air waybills printing, pick list, pack list update tracking number & move / revert order under Settings > Activity Log:

h) Senheng Order Sync

You may now view orders received through Senheng under Orders > All Orders:

5. Product Enhancements
a) Lazada Product Custom Variant

Custom Variants of your Lazada products are now supported in SiteGiant’s Lazada Listing and Lazada Watermark.

You may perform ‘Sync All’ action for your Lazada products under Products > Lazada Listing > Sync Back Product > Sync All to have all your custom variants’ detail synced into SiteGiant:

*Note: You may apply the Lazada watermark to these custom variants.

b) Master SKU

You may now copy Parent SKU as Master SKU for your Webstore, Shopee & Lazada products under Products > Webstore/Shopee/Lazada Listing > Select products > Copy Parent SKU To Master SKU.

6. Sales Channels Enhancements
a) SiteGiant POS

i. You can now directly find and add the product variant to the cart in SiteGiant POS by inserting its SKU in the search bar:

iii. You may also cancel the transaction by selecting it and clicking on the Cancel Transaction button:

b) Unicart

You may now set Customer Group Special Pricing and Bulk Discount Pricing in SiteGiant ERP’s Unicart Listing and sync to Unicart.

c) SHOP.COM Integration

*Note: Only available for ERP Value Plus plan and above / MultiChannel Pro plan and above

You may integrate and start selling on SHOP.COM under Setting > Sales Channels:

d) Youbeli Integration

*Note: Only available for Multichannel Pro plan and above / ERP Value plan and above

You may now sync products over to Youbeli for sale and view Youbeli orders in SiteGiant.

Kindly be informed that the Youbeli sync integration needs to be done at Youbeli Seller Center. If you have any inquiries about Youbeli sync, feel free to email [email protected].

7. Analytics Enhancements
a) Senheng Report

You may now view and trace your Senheng sales performance under Analytics > Marketplace Channel Report  > Senheng:

8. App Enhancements
a) Checkout Tracking App

You may now allow third-party cashback company to collect the number of successful checkouts from the webstore and proceed to cashback payment under Apps > Webstore > Checkout Tracking App:

b) Shopee Payment Reconciliation App

You may now filter Shopee shipping fee discrepancy by overcharged or undercharged status under Apps > Marketplaces > Shopee Payment Reconciliation > Shipping Fee Report > Filter:

Terms and Conditions

1. The SiteGiant x Lalamove First Time 10% Top-Up Bonus Campaign (the “Promotion”) is provided by LALAMOVE MALAYSIA SDN BHD (COMPANY NO. 1277201-W) (“Lalamove”) and SiteGiant Sdn Bhd (“SiteGiant”). 6. The relevant top-up amounts in the Lalamove account have unlimited validity from the date of the successful top-up. The Bonus is subject to applicable agreements governing your Lalamove corporate account.

7. The relevant top-up amounts are not redeemable for cash or cash-out, for resale and no refund or exchange is permitted (except as required by applicable laws).
