We would like to inform you about an upcoming change in Malaysia’s Sales and Service Tax (SST) rate, as mandated by the government.
Effective March 1, 2024, the SST rate in Malaysia will be increased from 6% to 8%. Consequently, all invoices and payments received on or after March 1, 2024, will be subject to the updated 8% rate.
We understand that this adjustment may impact your financial planning. To mitigate any potential challenges, we highly recommend our valued clients to consider renewing their subscription plans earlier or making advance payments before March 1, 2024, to take advantage of the existing 6% tax rate.
