Your responsibilities

Help clients launch and maintain websites/online stores (Training will be provided)
Provide outstanding, rapid responses and technical support to our clients
Communicate with clients via phone, email and live chat with courtesy
Other ad hocs assigned

What we are looking for

Candidate must possess a Degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
Tech-savvy
Good command in English and Chinese
Understand the theory of learning by doing
Able to work independently when needed
Resourceful when it comes to solving clients’ enquiries
Burning passion when it comes to problem-solving
Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Baru, Penang
