Other Feature Enhancements
1. Product
a) Master SKU
Easily link similar inventory to the existing Master SKU list with the Bulk Link Master SKU feature.
*Note: Only applicable for Webstore, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok products

2. Inventory
a) Parent iSKU
You may now edit the price for TikTok, Shopify, and WooCommerce channels’ Parent iSKUs.

b) Document Template
Purchase Order and Stock Transfer templates are now available for Document Template.

3. Order Processing
a) Split & Combine Order
i. The ‘Split order’ function will appear during order processing when ONE order consisting of multiple products is selected.
*Note: You’ll only be able to split 1 order at a time.

ii. The ‘Combine order’ function has been moved to Order Processing > More (…) button.

b) Smart Fulfillment
*Note: Only available for WMS plan
i. New smart fulfillment setting options are available.

ii. You can now view Picker & Sorter name in Pick List via the Smart Fulfillment mobile app.

c) Order Fulfillment Assistant
*Note: Kindly update the SiteGiant mobile app to the latest version 2.1.8, to enjoy the enhancements below.
i. Webstore, Unicart & WooCommerce orders can now be scanned by enabling ‘Order Info Retrieved from Marketplace’ under the Order Fulfillment Assistant setting.

ii. Quick Item Fulfillment setting is available to allow faster fulfillment of items with multiple quantities.

*Note: If Quick Item Fulfillment is not enabled, you’ll have to scan all items to complete fulfillment.
E.g. All 100 items will have to be scanned 100 times to complete fulfillment.
d) ScanNPrint
You can now set the ‘Show sorted orders only’ under the ScanNPrint setting.

e) Picker & Packer
You may click the ‘view icon’ to see the COID of each picked or packed item under Picker & Packer performance report.

f) Shopee & Lazada Order Platform Vouchers
The vouchers applied in Shopee and Lazada platforms will be synced with the orders respectively into SiteGiant.

g) Manual Order
You may now add specific delivery date details to your manually created orders.

4. Webstore
a) Payment Method
You may add in your own bank details for your webstore’s bank transfer procedure.

5. App
a) Marketplace Free Gift
Utilise the app to manage free gifts for your customers in Shopee Singapore, Lazada Singapore, and Shopify channels.

b) Marketplace Pricing Management
You may now set and sync multiple product pricing for your TikTok channels through 1 SiteGiant platform.

You may also set the promotion price for TikTok products. However, the discount must first be created in TikTok Seller Center, with the product added under the discount.

6. SiteGiant MultiChat
*Note: Only available for ERP Mini plan and above / Webstore Pro plan and above
You can now monitor and respond to Lazada & Shopee customer enquiries on SiteGiant MultiChat through your mobile phone. SiteGiant MultiChat mobile app can be downloaded from both Google Playstore and Apple Appstore.


7. SiteGiant POS
i. iSKU option is available for scanning.

ii. You may hold the order and add it to Holding List.

iii. You may view the customer detail page in SiteGiant POS mobile app by clicking on ‘View Details’.

8. Smart Scan App
a) Pick Zone Replenish
*Note: Only available for WMS plan and is available on the latest mobile app version 2.1.10
You may assign the leftover stocks (holding items) to another rack using the mobile app when the designated rack is full.
