1. Introduction

SiteGiant Sdn Bhd (Company No. 201301029629/ 1059459-P) (“SiteGiant”, “our”, “us” and “we”) values your privacy and is committed to the protection of your Personal Information. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how SiteGiant will collect, use, disclose and protect Personal Information of SiteGiant User (“user(s)”, “you” and “your”) that use our service as specified in the Terms of Service (https://sitegiant.my/terms-of-service/), in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia. This policy forms part of the Terms of Service.

In this Policy, the “Service(s)” includes all forms of action performed by SiteGiant for your best interest. Examples of services are such as confirm your identity, contact you about SiteGiant products and updates, sending invoices and providing support and customer services.

By registering an account with SiteGiant or otherwise interacting with SiteGiant’s services, or by using the SiteGiant website https://sitegiant.my/ (“Website”), you consent to the processing of your Personal Information by SiteGiant and all our suppliers, advertising and promotional partners, and other service providers.

2. Personal Data Collected

“Personal Data” means information about you such as your name, address, telephone number, telefax number, NRIC, email address, your personal preferences, bank account information, credit card information, URL, your device’s location data (such as GPS coordinates or approximate location) or any other information that might identify you.
 
Sensitive data (e.g., NRIC, bank account, credit card) will only be collected and processed with explicit consent and for purposes required by law or necessary for the services we provide.

3. Purposes of Processing of Personal Data

We collect, use, and otherwise process Personal Data for the following purposes:

a. Merchants (SiteGiant Platform Users)
 
Personal Data of merchants and their authorised representatives is processed for purposes including, but not limited to:
 
  • Registering, verifying, and administering merchant accounts, including identity verification and account authentication;
  • Providing access to, operating, maintaining, and managing the SiteGiant platform and its related services;
  • Managing subscriptions, processing payments, issuing invoices, and maintaining financial and billing records;
  • Communicating with merchants regarding service-related matters, including system updates, maintenance notifications, security alerts, and operational announcements;
  • Providing customer support and technical assistance through live chat, email, telephone, and remote support tools;
  • Sending marketing, promotional, or informational communications relating to SiteGiant products, features, and services, where consent has been obtained or where otherwise permitted under applicable law. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time easily, e.g., via unsubscribe link in email or account settings;
  • Conducting internal analysis, system monitoring, and service improvement activities, including analytics and usage trend analysis;
  • Complying with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, and reporting obligations, and responding to lawful requests from public authorities.
b. End Customers (Customers of Merchants)
 
Personal Data of end customers is processed solely on behalf of merchants, in accordance with their instructions, for purposes including:
 
  • Processing and fulfilling orders placed through merchant stores
  • Generating shipping labels and coordinating delivery logistics
  • Facilitating payment processing through merchant-selected gateways
  • Providing order tracking and delivery notifications
Purpose Limitation:
 
Personal Data will not be processed for purposes other than those listed above, unless you provide consent or such processing is required or permitted under applicable law.

4. Source of Personal Data

Personal Data processed by SiteGiant is obtained from the following sources:
 
a. Directly from you
 
We collect Personal Data directly from merchants and their authorised representatives when they:
 
1. Completing account registration forms (name, contact details, business information, login credentials).
2. Subscribing to or paying for SiteGiant services (billing and payment information).
3. Using the SiteGiant platform to create, upload, manage, or process data (orders, product listings, customer records).
4. Communicating with us through support channels (live chat, email, support tools), including chat records, screenshots, and technical issue descriptions.
5. Technical and usage information (browser type, device information, IP address, pages accessed), collected via cookies and analytics tools.
6. Data synchronised from third-party platforms connected to SiteGiant (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other integrations).

5. Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties

We may disclose Personal Data to the following third parties for purposes related to providing our services:
 
  • Technology and infrastructure providers (hosting, data storage, system security, content delivery).
  • Payment and financial service providers, including payment processors and gateways.
  • Communication and customer support service providers (email, live chat, ticketing, marketing communications).
  • Logistics and delivery service providers (for order fulfillment only).
  • Analytics and system monitoring providers (system performance, error tracking, usage analytics).
  • Legal, regulatory, and professional advisors (including regulators, law enforcement, auditors, and legal consultants) as required by law.
 
All third parties are contractually required to protect Personal Data under applicable data protection laws. SiteGiant does not sell or rent Personal Data to third parties.
 
Cross-Border Transfers:
 
Data shared with third-party platforms or cloud services outside Malaysia will be protected with appropriate safeguards in accordance with PDPA.

6. Obligatory and Voluntary Provision of Personal Data

The provision of Personal Data to us may be either obligatory or voluntary, depending on the purpose for which the Personal Data is collected.
 
Certain Personal Data is obligatory and required to enable us to register merchant accounts, provide access to the SiteGiant platform, and deliver our services. This includes information such as email address for account login and communication, business name for merchant account identification, telephone number for account verification and customer support, and billing or payment information for the processing of subscription fees and activation of paid features.
 
If such obligatory Personal Data is not provided, we may be unable to create or maintain your account, complete the registration process, or activate paid services, and as a result, the relevant services may not be provided.
 
Other Personal Data is provided on a voluntary basis and is intended to enhance the use of the SiteGiant platform. This may include information such as company logos for branding purposes, marketing preferences for receiving promotional communications, and details of additional authorised contact persons to facilitate multi-user account access.
 
Where Personal Data is provided on a voluntary basis, the decision not to provide such information will not result in any penalty, denial of service, or restriction of access to the core functionality of the SiteGiant platform.

7. Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. We may use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. For session ID cookies, once you close your browser or log out, the cookie terminates and is erased. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on your computer’s hard drive for an extended period of time. Your browser’s help file contains information and instructions for removing persistent cookies. Session ID cookies may be used by SiteGiant to track user preferences while the user is visiting the website. They also help to minimize load times and save on server processing. Persistent cookies may be used by SiteGiant to store whether, for example, you want your password remembered or not, and other information. Cookies used on the SiteGiant website do not contain personally identifiable information. You can manage or delete cookies via your browser settings.

8. How We Use your Personal Data

SiteGiant only uses and processes your Personal Data for purposes relating to SiteGiant’s services and for the other business activities of SiteGiant including without limitation:
 
  • To assess and process your request for our services and products;
  • To communicate with you (including for troubleshooting purposes or customer support);
  • To carry out market analysis and customer profiling to gauge market trends;
  • Or for internal administrative purposes;
  • To research the effectiveness of our services, marketing, advertising and sales efforts;
  • To send you information, updates or other materials on our products or services, upcoming events or promotions which may interest you; and
  • To provide information to regulatory and governmental authorities or other persons in compliance with its obligations under law.

9. Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and other applicable laws. We will destroy or anonymize your Personal Data when we have reasonably determined that:
 
(i) the purpose for which that Personal Data was collected is no longer being served by the retention of such Personal Data;
 
(ii) retention is no longer necessary for any legal or business purposes; and
 
(iii) no other legitimate interests warrant further retention of such Personal Data.
 
If you cease using the Platform, or your permission to use the Platform and/or the Services is terminated or withdrawn, we may continue storing, using and/or disclosing your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our obligations under applicable laws. Subject to applicable law, we may securely dispose of your Personal Data without prior notice to you.

10. Remote Support and Access to User Devices

  • Where a reported technical issue cannot be reproduced or resolved through standard support channels, SiteGiant may, as a last resort, request to conduct a remote troubleshooting session using third-party remote access tools such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or other similar third-party remote access platforms.
  • Remote access will only be initiated with the user’s explicit prior consent and only during a scheduled or otherwise acknowledged support session, with the user present throughout the session. Access is strictly limited to diagnostic and troubleshooting activities directly related to the reported issue.
  • SiteGiant does not access user devices without prior notification and authorisation, and does not intentionally monitor, collect, copy, store, or retain any personal, confidential, or business information that is unrelated to the support request.
  • Users acknowledge that remote access tools may allow visibility of on-screen information during the session and are responsible for closing or restricting access to any confidential applications, documents, or data prior to granting remote access.
  • Any access to a user’s device outside of the conditions described above is not part of SiteGiant’s standard operating procedures and will be addressed in accordance with SiteGiant’s internal security, disciplinary, and compliance policies.

11. Protecting Your Personal Data

We endeavor to protect your Personal Data by establishing security measures in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, integrity, and availability to prevent loss, unauthorized or unlawful access, destruction, use, alteration, or disclosure including administrative safeguard, technical safeguard, physical safeguard and access controls. While we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of data will not occur; we make every effort to prevent such occurrences. In addition, our staffs, employees, business partners and service providers are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your Personal Data by complying with the data security standards and policies when any of your Personal Data is being used, transmitted, transferred or processed.

12. Rights as a User

When you provide us with your Personal Data, you have the rights regarding your Personal Data through which you can exercise your rights free of charge, unless the applicable law specified to be otherwise. You may have legal rights with respect to your Personal Data which allow you to exercise any of these rights:
 
  • Right to withdraw consent: If you have given consent to us to collect, use or disclose your Personal Data, you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time throughout the period your Personal Data is available and under our possession. However, the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the processing of Personal Data you have already given consent to us legally.
 
  • Right to access: Subject to applicable grounds for refusal set out in applicable law, you may have the right to access your readily retrievable Personal Data that we hold and to request corrections to your Personal Data to ensure that the Personal Data you provide to us is correct, complete and accurate. Before you exercise this right, we may need evidence to confirm that you are the individual to whom the Personal Data is related to.
 
  • Right to rectification: You have the right to rectify your Personal Data to be updated, complete and not misleading. In respect of a request for correction, if we think the correction is reasonable and we are reasonably able to change the Personal Data, we will make the correction. If we do not make the correction, we will take reasonable steps to note the Personal Data that you requested.
 
  • Right to objection: You have the right to object to collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Data at any time if such doing is conducted for legitimate interests of us, corporation or individual or for carrying out public tasks, unless such processing is within your reasonable expectation.
 
  • Right to be forgotten: You have the right to request us to erase, destroy or anonymize your Personal Data if you believe that the collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Data is against relevant laws; or retention of the Personal Data by us is no longer necessary in connection with related purposes under this Policy; or when you request to withdraw your consent or to object to the processing as earlier described under this clause.
 
  • Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to request us to suspend processing your Personal Data during the period where we examine your rectification or objection request; or when it is no longer necessary, and we must erase or destroy your Personal Data pursuant to relevant laws, but you request us to suspend the processing instead. When you do so, you acknowledge that SiteGiant will not be liable for any losses which you suffer as a result of your own action.
 
  • Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to complain to competent authorities pursuant to relevant laws in your jurisdiction if you believe that the collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Data is violating or not in compliance with any applicable law regarding Personal Data protection.
 
If you want to exercise either of the above rights, you can do so by email at: [email protected]. Your email should provide evidence of who you are and set out the details of your request (e.g. the right that you wish to exercise with us, the detail of your Personal Data, or the correction that you are requesting). We will notify the result of your request without delay upon receipt of your request. If we deny the request, we will inform you of the reason via email.

13. Your Responsibility

The SiteGiant website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that SiteGiant is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. The SiteGiant Privacy Policy as described herein applies solely to information collected by SiteGiant.
 
You are responsible for the security of your Customer ID and passwords. Make sure you keep them in a safe place and do not share them with others. Always remember to log out after your session ends to ensure that others cannot access your private personal data. You should take this precaution even if you are not using a public computer, such as at a library or internet cafe, but even when using your private computer in your home.

Polisi Privasi ini (“Polisi”) menerangkan bagaimana SiteGiant akan mengumpul, menggunakan, mendedahkan, dan melindungi Data Peribadi Pengguna SiteGiant (“pengguna”, dan “anda”) yang menggunakan perkhidmatan kami seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Terma Perkhidmatan (https://sitegiant.my/terms-of-service/), selaras dengan Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 Malaysia. Polisi ini merupakan sebahagian daripada Terma Perkhidmatan.
 
Dalam Polisi ini, “Perkhidmatan” merujuk kepada semua tindakan yang dilakukan oleh SiteGiant demi kepentingan terbaik anda. Contoh perkhidmatan termasuk mengesahkan identiti anda, menghubungi anda mengenai produk dan kemas kini SiteGiant, menghantar invois, serta menyediakan sokongan dan perkhidmatan pelanggan.
 
“Data Peribadi” bermaksud maklumat tentang anda seperti nama, alamat, nombor telefon, nombor faks, nombor kad pengenalan, alamat e-mel, kecenderungan anda, maklumat akaun bank, maklumat kad kredit, URL, data lokasi peranti anda (seperti koordinat GPS atau lokasi anggaran), atau sebarang maklumat lain yang boleh mengenal pasti anda.
 
Dengan mendaftar akaun dengan SiteGiant atau berinteraksi dengan perkhidmatan SiteGiant, atau menggunakan laman web SiteGiant https://sitegiant.my/ (“Laman Web”), anda bersetuju dengan pemprosesan Data Peribadi anda oleh SiteGiant serta semua penyedia, rakan perkhidmatan pengiklanan dan pemasaran, dan penyedia perkhidmatan lain kami.

2. Data Peribadi yang Dikumpul

“Data Peribadi” merujuk kepada maklumat tentang anda seperti nama, alamat, nombor telefon, nombor telefaks, NRIC, alamat e-mel, kecenderungan anda, maklumat akaun bank, maklumat kad kredit, URL, data lokasi peranti anda (contoh: koordinat GPS atau lokasi anggaran), atau sebarang maklumat lain yang boleh mengenal pasti anda.
 
Data sensitif (contohnya nombor kad pengenalan, maklumat akaun bank, maklumat kad kredit) hanya akan dikumpul dan diproses dengan persetujuan jelas dan untuk tujuan yang dikehendaki oleh undang-undang atau yang perlu bagi perkhidmatan yang kami sediakan.

3. Tujuan Pemprosesan Data Peribadi

Kami mengumpul, menggunakan, dan memproses Data Peribadi untuk tujuan berikut:
 
a. Pedagang (Pengguna Platform SiteGiant)
 
Data Peribadi pedagang dan wakil yang dibenarkan diproses untuk tujuan termasuk, tetapi tidak terhad kepada:
  • Mendaftar, mengesahkan, dan mengurus akaun pedagang, termasuk pengesahan identiti dan pengesahan akaun;
  • Memberi akses, mengendalikan, menyelenggara dan mengurus platform SiteGiant dan perkhidmatan berkaitan;
  • Mengurus langganan, memproses pembayaran, mengeluarkan invois, dan menyelenggara rekod kewangan dan bil;
  • Berkomunikasi dengan pedagang mengenai perkhidmatan, termasuk kemas kini sistem, notis penyelenggaraan, amaran keselamatan, dan pengumuman operasi;
  • Menyediakan sokongan pelanggan dan bantuan teknikal melalui live chat, e-mel, telefon, dan alat sokongan jarak jauh;
  • Menghantar komunikasi pemasaran, promosi, atau maklumat berkaitan produk, ciri dan perkhidmatan SiteGiant, di mana persetujuan telah diperoleh atau dibenarkan di bawah undang-undang. Anda boleh menarik balik persetujuan pemasaran pada bila-bila masa, contohnya melalui pautan unsubscribe dalam e-mel atau tetapan akaun;
  • Melaksanakan analisis dalaman, pemantauan sistem, dan aktiviti penambahbaikan perkhidmatan, termasuk analisis trend penggunaan;

b. Pelanggan Akhir (Pelanggan Pedagang)
 
Data Peribadi pelanggan akhir diproses semata-mata bagi pihak pedagang, mengikut arahan mereka, untuk tujuan termasuk:
  • Memproses, mengurus, dan memenuhi pesanan yang dibuat dengan pedagang;
  • Menjana dokumen penghantaran, termasuk label penghantaran, dan menyelaras logistik serta perkhidmatan penghantaran;
  • Memudahkan transaksi pembayaran melalui gerbang pembayaran yang dipilih pedagang;
  • Menyediakan kemas kini status pesanan, maklumat penjejakan penghantaran, dan notifikasi penghantaran.
 
Had Tujuan
 
Data Peribadi tidak akan diproses untuk tujuan lain selain daripada yang disenaraikan di atas, melainkan anda memberi persetujuan atau pemprosesan tersebut dikehendaki atau dibenarkan di bawah undang-undang yang berkuat kuasa.

4. Sumber Data Peribadi

Data Peribadi yang diproses oleh SiteGiant diperoleh daripada sumber berikut:
 
a. Terus daripada anda
 
Kami mengumpul Data Peribadi terus daripada pedagang dan wakil yang dibenarkan apabila mereka:
  1. Melengkapkan borang pendaftaran akaun (nama, maklumat hubungan, maklumat perniagaan, maklumat login).
  2. Melanggan atau membayar perkhidmatan SiteGiant (maklumat bil dan pembayaran).
  3. Menggunakan platform SiteGiant untuk membuat, memuat naik, mengurus atau memproses data (pesanan, senarai produk, rekod pelanggan).
  4. Berkomunikasi dengan kami melalui saluran sokongan (live chat, e-mel, alat sokongan), termasuk rekod chat, tangkapan skrin, dan penerangan isu teknikal.
  5. Maklumat teknikal dan penggunaan (jenis pelayar, maklumat peranti, alamat IP, halaman yang diakses), dikumpul melalui “cookies” dan alat analitik.
  6. Data daripada platform pihak ketiga yang diintegrasikan ke SiteGiant (contoh: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, dan integrasi lain).

5. Pendedahan Data Peribadi kepada Pihak Ketiga

Kami mungkin mendedahkan Data Peribadi kepada pihak ketiga berikut untuk tujuan berkaitan penyediaan perkhidmatan:
 
  • Penyedia teknologi dan infrastruktur (hosting, penyimpanan data, keselamatan sistem, penghantaran kandungan);
  • Penyedia perkhidmatan kewangan dan pembayaran, termasuk pemroses dan gerbang pembayaran;
  • Penyedia komunikasi dan sokongan pelanggan (e-mel, live chat, tiket, komunikasi pemasaran);
  • Penyedia logistik dan penghantaran (untuk pemenuhan pesanan sahaja);
  • Penyedia analitik dan pemantauan sistem (prestasi sistem, penjejakan ralat, analitik penggunaan);
  • Penasihat undang-undang, peraturan, dan profesional (termasuk pengawal selia, penguatkuasa undang-undang, juruaudit, dan perunding undang-undang) seperti yang dikehendaki oleh undang-undang.
 
Semua pihak ketiga wajib secara kontrak melindungi Data Peribadi di bawah undang-undang perlindungan data yang berkuat kuasa. SiteGiant tidak menjual atau menyewa Data Peribadi kepada pihak ketiga.
 
Pemindahan Rentas Sempadan:
 
Data yang dikongsi dengan platform pihak ketiga atau perkhidmatan awan di luar Malaysia akan dilindungi dengan langkah keselamatan yang sesuai mengikut PDPA.

6. Pemberian Data Peribadi Secara Wajib dan Sukarela

Pemberian Data Peribadi kepada kami mungkin wajib atau sukarela, bergantung kepada tujuan pengumpulan.
 
Data Peribadi tertentu adalah wajib untuk membolehkan kami mendaftar akaun pedagang, memberi akses kepada platform SiteGiant, dan menyediakan perkhidmatan. Ini termasuk e-mel untuk login dan komunikasi, nama perniagaan untuk pengenalpastian akaun pedagang, nombor telefon untuk pengesahan akaun dan sokongan pelanggan, serta maklumat bil atau pembayaran untuk pemprosesan yuran langganan dan pengaktifan ciri berbayar.
 
Sekiranya Data Peribadi wajib tidak diberikan, kami mungkin tidak dapat membuat atau mengekalkan akaun anda, melengkapkan pendaftaran, atau mengaktifkan perkhidmatan berbayar, dan akibatnya, perkhidmatan berkaitan mungkin tidak dapat disediakan.
 
Data Peribadi lain diberikan secara sukarela untuk meningkatkan penggunaan platform SiteGiant, seperti logo syarikat untuk tujuan penjenamaan, keutamaan pemasaran, atau butiran kontak tambahan untuk akses akaun multi-pengguna. Pemberian maklumat secara sukarela tidak akan menyebabkan penalti, penolakan perkhidmatan, atau sekatan akses kepada fungsi utama platform.

7. Cookies

“Cookies” adalah seunit data yang disimpan di komputer pengguna yang berkaitan dengan maklumat tentang pengguna tersebut. Kami mungkin menggunakan “Session Cookies” dan “Persistent Cookies”. Untuk “Session Cookies”, sebaik sahaja anda menutup pelayar atau log keluar, Cookies tersebut akan tamat dan dipadam. “Persistent Cookies” adalah fail teks kecil yang disimpan di cakera keras komputer anda untuk jangka masa yang panjang. Fail bantuan pelayar anda mengandungi maklumat dan arahan untuk memadam “Persistent Cookies”. “Session Cookies” mungkin digunakan oleh SiteGiant untuk menjejak pilihan pengguna semasa melawat laman web. Ia juga membantu mengurangkan masa muat dan menjimatkan pemprosesan pelayan. “Persistent Cookies” mungkin digunakan oleh SiteGiant untuk menyimpan sama ada, contohnya, anda mahu kata laluan diingat atau tidak, serta maklumat lain. “Cookies” yang digunakan di laman web SiteGiant tidak mengandungi maklumat yang boleh dikenal pasti secara peribadi.

8. Penggunaan Data Peribadi

SiteGiant menggunakan Data Peribadi anda hanya untuk tujuan berkaitan perkhidmatan SiteGiant dan aktiviti perniagaan lain, termasuk:
  • Menilai dan memproses permintaan anda untuk perkhidmatan dan produk kami;
  • Berkomunikasi dengan anda (termasuk untuk tujuan sokongan atau menyelesaikan masalah);
  • Melakukan analisis pasaran dan profil pelanggan untuk menilai trend pasaran;
  • Tujuan pentadbiran dalaman;
  • Menilai keberkesanan perkhidmatan, pemasaran, pengiklanan dan usaha jualan kami;
  • Menghantar maklumat, kemas kini atau bahan berkaitan produk/perkhidmatan, acara akan datang atau promosi yang mungkin menarik minat anda; dan
  • Memberi maklumat kepada pihak berkuasa atau kerajaan bagi mematuhi undang-undang yang berkaitan.

9. Tempoh Penyimpanan Data

Kami akan menyimpan Data Peribadi anda selaras dengan Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 dan undang-undang lain yang berkuat kuasa. Kami akan memusnahkan atau menganonimkan Data Peribadi anda apabila kami telah menentukan secara munasabah bahawa:
 
(i) tujuan pengumpulan Data Peribadi tersebut tidak lagi dipenuhi oleh penyimpanan Data Peribadi tersebut;
 
(ii) penyimpanan tidak lagi diperlukan untuk sebarang tujuan undang-undang atau perniagaan; dan
 
(iii) tiada kepentingan sah lain yang memerlukan penyimpanan lanjut Data Peribadi tersebut.
 
Jika anda berhenti menggunakan Platform, atau kebenaran anda untuk menggunakan Platform dan/atau Perkhidmatan ditamatkan atau ditarik balik, kami mungkin terus menyimpan, menggunakan dan/atau mendedahkan Data Peribadi anda selaras dengan Polisi Privasi ini dan kewajipan kami di bawah undang-undang yang berkuat kuasa. Tertakluk kepada undang-undang yang berkuat kuasa, kami boleh melupuskan Data Peribadi anda dengan selamat tanpa notis terlebih dahulu kepada anda.

10. Sokongan Jarak Jauh dan Akses Peranti Pengguna

  • Jika masalah teknikal dilaporkan tidak dapat diselesaikan melalui saluran sokongan biasa, SiteGiant boleh meminta sesi sokongan jauh menggunakan perisian seperti AnyDesk, TeamViewer, atau platform serupa.
  • Akses jauh hanya dilakukan dengan persetujuan anda dan semasa sesi sokongan yang dijadualkan. Akses hanya untuk tujuan diagnostik dan menyelesaikan masalah sahaja.
  • SiteGiant tidak akan mengakses peranti anda tanpa kebenaran, atau memantau, mengumpul, menyalin, menyimpan atau mengekalkan maklumat yang tidak berkaitan.
  • Pengguna mengakui bahawa alat akses jauh mungkin membolehkan maklumat yang dipaparkan di skrin dilihat semasa sesi dijalankan, dan bertanggungjawab untuk menutup atau mengehadkan akses kepada sebarang aplikasi, dokumen, atau data sulit sebelum membenarkan akses jauh.
  • Sebarang akses ke peranti pengguna di luar syarat yang dinyatakan di atas bukan sebahagian daripada prosedur operasi standard SiteGiant dan akan ditangani mengikut polisi keselamatan, tatatertib, dan pematuhan dalaman SiteGiant.

11. Perlindungan Data Peribadi

Kami berusaha melindungi Data Peribadi anda melalui langkah keselamatan yang menekankan kerahsiaan, integriti dan ketersediaan, termasuk perlindungan pentadbiran, teknikal, fizikal, dan kawalan akses. Staf, rakan perniagaan dan penyedia perkhidmatan juga diwajibkan mengekalkan kerahsiaan maklumat anda.

12. Hak Anda sebagai Pengguna

Apabila anda memberikan Data Peribadi kepada kami, anda mempunyai hak untuk mengurus maklumat tersebut secara percuma, kecuali jika undang-undang menetapkan sebaliknya. Hak-hak ini termasuk:
 

Hak untuk menarik balik persetujuan:

Jika anda pernah memberi persetujuan kepada kami untuk mengumpul, menggunakan atau mendedahkan Data Peribadi anda, anda boleh menarik balik persetujuan itu pada bila-bila masa. Namun, penarikan balik tidak menjejaskan proses yang telah dijalankan secara sah sebelum ini.

Anda boleh meminta akses kepada Data Peribadi yang kami pegang dan meminta pembetulan bagi memastikan maklumat itu tepat, lengkap dan terkini. Kami mungkin memerlukan bukti bahawa anda individu yang berkaitan sebelum memberikan akses.
 
Hak untuk membetulkan:
 
Anda boleh membetulkan Data Peribadi supaya dikemas kini, lengkap dan tidak mengelirukan. Jika kami setuju pembetulan itu wajar dan mampu dilakukan, kami akan melakukannya. Jika tidak, kami akan mencatatkan permintaan anda.
 
Hak untuk membantah:
 
Anda boleh membantah pengumpulan, penggunaan atau pendedahan Data Peribadi anda jika ia dilakukan untuk kepentingan sah pihak kami, syarikat atau individu, kecuali jika pemprosesan itu dijangka secara munasabah oleh anda.
 
Hak untuk penghapusan:
 
Anda boleh meminta kami memadam, memusnahkan atau menganonimkan Data Peribadi jika:
  1. Pengumpulan, penggunaan atau pendedahan bertentangan dengan undang-undang;
  2. Maklumat itu tidak lagi diperlukan untuk tujuan berkaitan polisi ini; atau
  3. Anda menarik balik persetujuan atau membantah pemprosesan seperti yang diterangkan di atas.
 
Hak untuk mengehadkan pemprosesan:
 
Anda boleh meminta kami menangguhkan pemprosesan Data Peribadi sementara kami menilai permintaan pembetulan atau bantahan, atau jika maklumat itu sepatutnya dipadam tetapi anda minta pemprosesan ditangguhkan. Dengan berbuat demikian, anda mengakui SiteGiant tidak bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kerugian yang berlaku akibat tindakan anda sendiri.
 
Hak untuk membuat aduan:
 
Anda boleh membuat aduan kepada pihak berkuasa yang berkaitan jika anda percaya pengumpulan, penggunaan atau pendedahan Data Peribadi anda melanggar undang-undang yang berkuatkuasa.
 
Jika anda ingin menggunakan mana-mana hak di atas, anda boleh berbuat demikian melalui e-mel ke [email protected]. E-mel anda hendaklah menyertakan bukti identiti anda dan menyatakan butiran permintaan anda (contohnya, hak yang ingin anda gunakan dengan kami, butiran Data Peribadi anda, atau pembetulan yang anda mohon). Kami akan memaklumkan keputusan permintaan anda tanpa kelewatan selepas menerima permintaan tersebut. Jika kami menolak permintaan berkenaan, kami akan memaklumkan sebab penolakan melalui e-mel.

13. Tanggungjawab Anda

Laman web SiteGiant mengandungi pautan ke laman web lain. Sila ambil perhatian bahawa SiteGiant tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap amalan privasi laman web lain tersebut. Kami menggalakkan anda untuk membaca penyataan privasi setiap laman web yang mengumpul maklumat yang boleh dikenal pasti secara peribadi. Polisi Privasi SiteGiant seperti yang dinyatakan di sini hanya terpakai kepada maklumat yang dikumpulkan oleh SiteGiant.
 
Anda bertanggungjawab ke atas keselamatan ID Pelanggan dan kata laluan anda. Pastikan anda menyimpannya di tempat yang selamat dan tidak berkongsi dengan orang lain. Sentiasa ingat untuk log keluar selepas sesi anda tamat bagi memastikan orang lain tidak dapat mengakses Data Peribadi anda. Langkah berjaga-jaga ini perlu diambil walaupun anda tidak menggunakan komputer awam seperti di perpustakaan atau kafe internet, malah ketika menggunakan komputer peribadi anda di rumah.
